At InmoAds we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

When you use InmoAds we may collect the following information:

• Account data: name, email address and password when you register.
• Business data: agency name, logo, brand colors, phone number and Instagram handle.
• Property data: URLs, titles, photos, prices and locations you upload to the platform.
• Usage data: ads generated, credits consumed, access dates and features used.
• Payment data: processed directly by Paddle. InmoAds does not store credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Operate and improve the InmoAds service.
• Generate ads and creatives for your property listings.
• Send you important notifications about your account (no marketing spam without your consent).
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent use of the service.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only with the following trusted service providers:

• Paddle — payment processor and Merchant of Record.
• Supabase — database storage and authentication.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• OpenAI / Anthropic — AI-powered text generation (property details are sent, never personally identifiable data).
• Apify — property listing scraping to import data from real estate portals.
• Vercel — cloud hosting and infrastructure.

All providers have their own privacy policies and security measures in place.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers through Supabase. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all communication. Passwords are stored as hashed values and never in plain text.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we may retain data for up to 90 days for security purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Export your information.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep your session active. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral advertising.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated policy.
