InmoAds is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for real estate marketing. It allows real estate agents and agencies to automatically generate professional property ads — including social media carousels, persuasive copy, Reel scripts, and PDF property sheets — from a property listing URL.
The service is provided at app.inmoads.app via monthly subscription. It is a digital product; no physical goods are delivered.
InmoAds offers the following monthly subscription plans, billed in USD:

Each credit equals one property processed (ads generated). Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Payments are securely processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
InmoAds may offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, access to the platform is limited until the user subscribes to a paid plan.
To use InmoAds you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility.
You may invite team members according to your plan. The account administrator is responsible for the use made by team members.
By using InmoAds you agree to:
InmoAds and all its content (design, code, brand) are the property of their creators. The ads and creatives generated from your property listings are your property.
By uploading images or property information, you declare that you have the necessary rights to do so.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. No refunds are made for unused time except as stated in our Refund Policy.
InmoAds may suspend or cancel your account if it detects use that violates these terms, without prior notice. In case of error, you may contact us to resolve the situation.
InmoAds is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of important changes by email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
